It was another beautiful summer day today.
I started jogging at 6:45pm. The temperature was 80°F at that time.
Today I ran the whole loop of the Central Park; 6miles jog.
I ran at 7'27" per mile pace to finish in 44'44".
The weekly mileage is 11.1, 18.9 to go.
